Terms of service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms apply when you use Bicep Heart AI. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

Bicep Heart AI turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video of the bicep heart pose. It is an independent tool for personal and creative use and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or any creator.

Your content

Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed. Never upload photos of anyone under 18, and do not use the videos to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone or to pass them off as real footage. You keep your rights to your photos and may use your videos as you like within these rules; we may remove content and close accounts that break them.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid with credits, sold in one-time packs; one video costs 10 credits. Purchased credits do not expire and are not money or transferable. Refunds follow our refund policy at /refunds.

No warranty

AI output varies: a video may not match your photo or the pose exactly, and the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
