Refund policy

This policy explains when credits and payments are refunded on Bicep Heart AI.

Failed generations

If no video can be made (the model fails, refuses the photo or times out), the credits go back to your account automatically. Once the model has made a video, it is delivered and uses its credits, even if it isn't perfect; if a video is clearly broken, email us and we will refund its credits.

Unused credits

You can get your money back for a pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your account with the order date and, for a broken video, which one it was. We reply within 3 business days; money refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
